House Share Vacaville 95688, Great Place for Rent
Looking for Mature Employed Full Time Professional person to share my home with. My housemate of two years is moving, so now I m looking for another great housemate that would enjoy living here. It s a beautiful safe home & neighborhood, with peaceful surroundings. The home is in Vacaville, off of N. Alamo Drive in the back, 95688, It is a spacioushome 4/3, with an office, and a pool and 2 car garage. The common areas are furnished except for the office. Willing to move things around if you have furniture to bring. If you do not have furniture to bring for the common areas, no worries, you will be comfortable. You will have to supply your own bedroom furniture. The bedroom furniture in the bedroom picture will be removed. Your house share rent is $1350.00. Your half of the Utilities would be around $280.00 monthly/could be less. Monthly Total $1630.00. There is a Lease Contract to be signed for the next 12 months and a $1350.00 deposit plus your rent for the month you move in $1350.00. Total at first is $2700.00. This goes directlyto the owners. Your rent would be electronically paid directly to the owner s bank account from your bank account set up by you to pay on the 1st of every month. It s easy and simple, I do this every month to them. Lease signing would take place around November 17, 2017, and Lease and Move in would be December 1, 2017. (This is workable and can be flexible) The utility bills that come in will be viewed together and divided in half and paid on time if only two people reside in the home. Transparency is Best, and the Truth is OK. I would be open to sharing the home with a professional couple. Then everything would be split 3 ways. K-9 units are welcome, with a pet deposit. Must be employedfull time. Employment will be verified. No drugs, No drunks, No extended overnighters. Friends over now and then for BBQ s and Dinners is Fine. It s not a Party House. It s a Home. It s a place where you are relaxed, and you and your things are safe. I m not out to price gouge anyone, as said before, everything is transparent. Must be clean and responsible, and keep the common areas clean. There is yard work to do, and helping hands is part of the responsibility of the home. It doesn t take much work as long as its kept up. There is room to have a nice size garden. You would have half of the garage. There are shelves for storage and a medium size work bench. I have a washer and dryer.
