Renter agrees to list all names and contact information for all household members that will be staying at the residence on the lease. Any additional members must receive prior approval from us. 7. Renter agrees to allow us to inspect theproperty when needed but will be given three days’ notice. 8. Renter agrees to pay security deposit and first month rent at lease signing. No checks. 9. Renter agrees that ANY Damages caused by his/herself or guests as well as TAMPERING with any the following: Doors, locks, smoke detectors, windows, DTE, meter box, furnace, water or sewage meters, all of the above are terms for IMMEDIATE EVICTION and court costs if necessary, will be the responsibility of the tenant. 10. Renter agrees that cooking oil will not be dumped or disposed of using the drains if drain must be snaked and cleaned more than 2 times an additional $25.00 per month will be added to monthly rent. 11. Renter agrees toclean the property upon move out or $250 cleaning fee will be backssed or deducted from security deposit. Security deposit is refundable minus any fee's or amounts that may be owed to us under this agreement.
