($975 deposit) THE HOUSE: The house is located a 15 minutes walk from lake Merritt. There is a Lucky and a Walgreens down the street about a 10 minute walk. Champa

Garden and Portal are two great restaurants within walking distance. The 14 and 62 bus stop outside the house and get you to Lake Merritt Bart or 12th st Bart in about 10-15 minutes. Laundry is included (free! ) and is shared with the downstairs neighbors.

One of the best features of the house is the backyard, a huge patio with lots of space for outdoor gatherings during Covid. The yard is shared with downstairs tenants (mid 20’s QPOC, 420 friendly, plant lovers). The house is fully furnished so ideally looking for someone who does not own large furniture. No couples, no dogs. Us: Our current Roomate is moving to be closer to her family (we are very sad) but we want to continue living

in a communal, happy environment. While we do spend time alone, we like to hangout and watch movies, have drinks and play games as a house. We are a queer couple (31 and 25) A: Pre Covid A worked full time as a designer at a small tech company in downtown San Francisco.

Would frequently spend time in SF after work to seek out new restaurants, bars and go dancing. A is very active and social. Now: Working remotely, exercising outdoors, and seeing friends as often and safely as she can. Also very busy with a 3 month old puppy! (still being house trained so expect some accidents) E: Originally from LA, moved to the Bay 6 years ago. Works full time in tech sales, often on calls and in meetings

throughout the day. Has an awesome pit-mix pup, who is very friendly.

Extroverted most of the time, but likes to enjoy solo time as well. Used to manage a house + techno club in SF pre-covid. Smokes and drinks socially. Loves a good read! COVID RULES: We have also tweaked our living situation to accommodate the national pandemic. These rules are currently not flexible for whoever is moving in as we have been agreeing to them since March and do not see the situation changing anytime soon. We can each have 2 guests at a time in the backyard. If you are having social distance hangs we only ask that you keep within the current guidelines by health experts (masks, 6ft, etc).
