Finished large basement studio apartment, furnished with half bath ( no shower) so it is more like a room rental with shared shower on first floor with one other tenant. There are three couches, a television, desk,

queen size bed, papasan chair, patio outside with patio furniture available, your own private entrance and private your own driveway. Includes wifi, a mile from the ocean on Cape Cod, close to stores and mid cape highway. There is myself and my partner who are nice, friendly, and easy to get along with living here and one other tenant renting a room.

Your room/studio is completely private and separate from the rest of the home except as I stated before the shower and the landlord (myself) will need to enter once every 2 weeks to do a load of laundry but will always give you 48 hours notice. We are the only home on the street so it is very private with woods/ forest surrounding the home.

Looking to rent to a single professional individual or a couple if both employed. NO CHILDREN, ABSOLUTELY NO PETS SORRY! NO SMOKING, OR DRUGS! Preferably with an income of at least 3 times the monthly rent approx $3,000/ a month or higher.
