I am in need to sublease 2 rooms (B and C) in a 3 bed 3 bath- A apartment by the end of the semester.

In room B the bathroom is directly across the hall with a full bath and walk in closet (The door does lock). in room C the bathroom and closet are located within the room. Each room has a window and is a pretty great size coming fully furnished

with a bed, dresser, desk and nightstand. The unit has a washer and dryer, fully functioning kitchen, and is fully furnished. However, there is currently 1 roommate living there (you will rarely ever see her, she is friendly, clean and she owns a cat that stays in her room at all times).

I am looking for Females, preferably Texas State students. The apartment building is located on the edge of campus with a 5 min walk to the library and a 7-10 minute walk to most classes. The room is on the second floor of the second building at the top of the hill for direct easy access to classes, the Square, and just about all restaurants in the area. The apartment complex has many amenities such as

a pool, game room, gym, study room, private printer and computer lab, rooftop lounges and more for free use by residents. The electricity and water bill is separate but is rarely over $30 monthly.

The HEB is within walkin distance! literally just down the hill! The rent is $744 per person (lower than normal rent price), and if you would like to bring a car it will be $45 added to the rent each month, however you will be able to park in the complexes private garages at the second building. If you are interested please email me ASAP. If you are to sign the lease, the month of December will be fully paid for and you will be able to move in right after finals week is over (Dec. 18, 2017)
