Clarksville Looking for a female roommate to share my house. Room will be available March 10th. I Prefer someone mature 30 or older. Rent is $500 a month to include utilities, own fridge and microwave. Located in Clarksville, just off Fort Campbell Blvd near Crunch Fitness Gym and Clarksville Police Department. Few miles away from Austin Peaycampus, 4.5miles from Fort Campbell Gate 10 and 6.2 miles from the main gate which is the TC Freeman Gate. Must have proof of income and be ready to put a deposit. Deposit is refundable once the room is left clean and no damage to the property. Be Clean and Respectful. Always clean after yourself. Includes: Shared Kitchen but not microwave and fridge. Shared Bathroom. Microwave and Fridge in tenant’s room. (Provided) Laundry is in house, washer and dryer Small Fitness room. I do not smoke but I don’t mind if you do as long as it stays outside of the house and always clean after yourself.
