Incomplete applications will be declined without processing and the application fee will be forfeited by the applicant. Applications are provided by e-mail to those with printing capabilities, and are available at the property behind the staircase and left of the mailboxes in a wall-mounted flyer box. If you wish to view this apartment you may look through theburglar bar door for a partial viewing. Entry viewings can be scheduled but not for Saturdays. If you wish to enter to view the apartment, a refundable $20 viewing appointment fee is required. This payment can be made with a debit or credit card via a secure emailed Payments Hub link, Zelle, or by deposit into the property manager's business checking account at Neighbors' Federal Credit Union. The necessity of this policy is regretted but necessary due to widespread unaccountability of people who fail to keep appointments. This $20 payment can be applied to the application fee.
