Room for Rent in Downtown Lincoln this Summer
I am subleasing my room in Latitude for this summer (May-July). The apartment is a 4-bedroom/4-bathroom, so you would get your own room and bathroom. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, mirrors and a closet. I have a parking spot in the underground parking ramp that I will cover the cost of ($90/month). Latitude has manyamenities that are great for the summer including the rooftop pool! There is a gym, sauna, game rooms, study rooms/printers, free tanning and multiple courtyards. The living room comes with: flat screen TV, in-unit washer/dryer combo, couch, coffee table and barstools for the kitchen island. The kitchen comes with: stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and kitchen Island. Latitude is located in downtown Lincoln and is walking distance from UNL campus! As of now, there will be two other girls living in the apartment for the summer. My other roommate is still looking to sublease her room, so you could potentially move in with a friend if you wanted.
