First Creek Family-Style Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) Family-Style Housing waiting list for apartments at First Creek is closed.

The KCDC last accepted applications for this waiting list on an unconfirmed close date in December, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
