The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Project-Based Boucher waiting list for 4-Bedroom apartments at Cromwell Hills is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 2, 2021 until June 11, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
