Overlook at Powers Park Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Overlook at Powers Park Apartments from December 5, 2023 at 8:00 am, and is open indefinitely.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
