The Carroll County Housing Authority (CCHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom, Elderly/Disabled Public Housing apartments at Mest Manor is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October 1, 2019, until further notice.

Mest Manor is located at 525 Third Street, Savanna, Illinois 61074. This high-rise consists of 50 one-bedroom apartments designated solely for elderly (62 years or older) and disabled persons.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
