About

Welcome! I'm thrilled to refine your acting, voice, speech, accent and public speaking skills. As a professional actor and coach, I'm dedicated to helping performers of all ages and levels uncover and nurture their distinctive voice and talent. Seize the discounted intro session: $50/half-hour or $85/hour. Kindly note that Thumbtack charges for messages. Let's jumpstart your progress together! If you're genuinely committed to growth and eager to collaborate, get in touch.

I specialize in both classical and modern texts, with a focus on Shakespeare and Meisner techniques. I also emphasize voice and speech development, and I am multilingual, which enables me to assist with accent-reduction and language-specific performances. My mission as a coach is to help you unlock your full potential to express yourself authentically. Acting is a powerful tool for self-expression, healing, and transformation. I take pride in empowering my clients to grow and evolve personally and professionally. I'm committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where you can take risks, explore new ideas, and reach your goals.

My extensive graduate training in acting, voice, and movement techniques includes classical Shakespeare technique, Stanislavski, Meisner, Lecoq, Mask, Clown, Alexander, and Linklater. I have taught acting at the George Washington University, and I hold an MFA in acting from the Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Academy for Classical Acting at The George Washington University in DC, as well as an MA in acting at Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University. Additionally, I've studied Meisner technique at Playhouse West Acting School and Theater for two years, as well as Film Acting and Improv at Walnut Street Theater Acting School.

I offer personalized one-on-one virtual or in-person sessions tailored to your needs. This includes a strong emphasis on voice development, as your voice is the most powerful tool for you as a performer. By working on breath, tone, projection, and other aspects of voice training, I can help you achieve greater range, depth, and expression in your work. It’s of prime importance to protect your voice from damage. I teach actors, singers and speakers to own their voice and keep it safe. My coaching covers a wide range of topics, including Acting, Classical and Modern Texts, Performing Shakespeare Verse and Prose, Voice, Speech, Voice-Over, Movement, Stage Combat, Alexander Technique, Interview preparation, Auditioning, Self-taping, Screen-auditioning, Drama School Applications, Drama and Theater Studies, Public Speaking, Business Planning, Project Management, Artist Development, Professional Expectations/Professional Development, Personal Statement and Resume Review, Long-Term Creative Mentorship, and Guidance.

During our sessions, you'll develop a deep connection with the text, scene, and your stage/screen partners. I can help you conduct script analysis, decipher and understand Shakespeare's heightened language, and approach classical monologues with confidence. Archetypes, mask work, and clown techniques can enhance your character growth. We explore fun, amazing animations and characters with your voice in your voice-over training! Additionally, I can teach you performance and communication skills, including body language, facial expression, pace and energy, articulation, clarity and diction, vocal reflection, intonation, accent work, public speaking, speech writing, and communication.

I am passionate about helping my clients build a strong foundation in acting techniques and develop a deep understanding of their craft. I understand that each performer has unique strengths, challenges, and goals, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. My coaching style is supportive, constructive, and empowering, and I will work with you to create a safe and creative environment for growth and exploration. If you're ready to take the next step in your acting journey, I would love to work with you. Contact me today to schedule your first session. I offer discounted first sessions, and classes can be conducted virtually via Zoom or in-person at my studio.
