I offer, fair service, some of the things i dont charge my customers for, its me helping them, and them helping me attitude that i have. I offer customer appreciation cleaning, as well. Sometimes i show up scheduled for a cleaning and it's on me. (ex) one day i cleaned a customers tank, to the payment money,and just bought her more fish, i didn't charge for my service. ( customer appreciation). She was so happy when i told her what i did,she gave me a big hug and thanked me,sometimes customers want to feel like they are really,appreciated.i also will give things that i have taken out of my tank, to a customer to switch, up there tank look for awhile.i love to try new things, with my customer's tanks, themes, methods,waterchanges.i also,have one customer he has 2 tanks under 5gal, when i service his bigger tank, i just do the other 2 betta tanks for free.
Watching how a tank thats all dirty and not routinely maintained,go from dirty, to a conversation peice in no time. I love the happiness, of the fish the customer, the overall joy of doing something that you love, and you put your heart into your work, with no effort. How i alway's go the extra mile to make sure that my customers have recieved 100% of my customer service,and that they really feel comfortable,and that they know i am giving them my all in performance.
