Malcolm prides himself on his curated food and drink menus for small gatherings of fifteen to lavish company holiday party for four hundred. Malcolm and his team genuinely enjoy staffing the events, whether it's for your bourbon and brisket themed wedding or just dropping off a healthy breakfast for your office staff designed to help cure a case of the Mondaze.
Intimate events with fifty or less guests Malcolm or a senior team member will typically work alone. For larger events we have a seasoned team compromised of a floor captain, servers, bartenders, cooks, and porters, that can tackle almost any project.
