Hi there I'm Jay Bennett and I've been in the industry for over 10yrs, I've done all sorts of positions, started of as a dishwasher and worked my way up to bartender even had a shot at some managerial work. I've worked fine dining, upscale sport bars/ downtown nightclubs and lounges so versatility is something I mastered. I am also Basset/ServSafe certified and I have worked and trained under three celebrity entities-Emmy Winning Chef Rick Bayless, Richard Branson of Virgin namesake lounge/club Cerise and The Chicago Blackhawks owned the Ogden right outside the the United Center. I look forward to meeting new clients and I would love to share my love of Bartending and all things mixology to those who in need. I can't wait to get started!!
