About

Basketball has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. That passion grew to allow me to attend college, play internationally, see the world, and coach numerous boys and girls over the years. I teach fundamental basketball and expand from there. I start with an evaluation to see the things each individual specifically needs to work on. I train all ages groups from those just starting playing basketball to those training to turn pro. I push each individual and take the time to learn how to motivate everyone I coach. This is what makes me stand out from all other trainers. I understand that basketball is a mental sport as well as a physical one and I prepare my players in both ways.
