We are co-owned by Karoline Kasasa, an experienced construction manager and designer with a decade of commercial and residential experience in the construction industry.
Our team has managed the construction of hundreds of kitchens, bathrooms and full home remodels in the DMV; even hotels, condos, and multifamily buildings. We work closely with homeowners, investors, developers, designers, architects, and our construction team to design and build beautiful spaces that exceed expectations.
You'll notice we pay close attention to detail beginning with our initial appointment where we listen and document your needs and concerns. We then prepare a line-item proposal and detailed scope of work. We even prepare renderings for you during the design process.
As our client, you will be given access to our client portal for the duration of the project. You will be able to view your project schedule, track progress in real-time, communicate directly with our team, receive daily job updates, and make online payments from anywhere in the world.
We offer project financing up to $500,000 and terms up to 20 years.
