I can design parts to be 3D printed, injection molded, thermoformed, fabricated and machined. I have several 3D printers (including the Markforged X7 and MetalX printers) capable of producing prototypes to verify form, fit and function in both plastic and metals. The speed at which prototypes can be produced significantly reduces time to market and allows for additional iterations in design for optimized function and aesthetics. I have designed parts in the aerospace and automotive industries as well as consumer product, electro-mechanical and medical device, in both commercial and military applications.
