My name is Richard Eydt, founder of Bites By Eydt Catering. I am a graduate from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, where I was able to explore the Ins and Outs of fine dining. Years later, I developed a piqued passion for cooking and sharing dishes with friends and family, which led me to the start of my career in the catering industry.
Bites By Eydt caters to you with our staff and high-quality equipment. We prepare various types of food, freshly onsite, along with setting up a fine dining experience for your guests. We are flexible with our menu and eager to incorporate your suggestions into whatever we serve. We can accommodate any size party ranging from 10 guests to 500. In regards to the ongoing health and social crisis that is Covid-19, Bites by Eydts has recently decided to offer Covid-19 rapid testing that will be available at any catering event.
