Greetings,
I am a chef, craft bartender and event curator working in the hospitality industry since I was old enough to get a workers permit. 30 years later I have been recognized in Edible Monterey for my culinary and libation creations at my current business. I have a background in classic French technique but currently run a kitchen in a gastropub type setting. I was a seamstress with a boutique in Los Angeles but ultimately wanted to cook for a living. I am an artistic person by nature and love to create memories and environments people love. I have also curated art shows and music events for many years. Ambiance is everything.
