About

My name is Alexandra Schwartz and I am a music educator in Portland. I have my master's degree in music education and 5 years of experience teaching both private and group classes in the schools, at after school programs, and community centers all around the Portland are. I am currently accepting new students for SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS at my studio in SE Portland. My main instrument is cello, but I teach violin,piano,ukulele,& theory. I am trained in the Suzuki method, but enjoy incorporating other music types in lessons as well. When I am not teaching, I am performing and growing as a musician too!
