I am a personal trainer and I clean commercial/ residential properties. Like a clean environment, a healthy body contributes to overall better mental health and well being. A messy environment contributes to a messy mind. I bring clarity to your mind by clearing the filth and mess from your environment. Germs are invisible and dwell in microscopic dust particles, causing infection and illness. Not moving your body makes the body susceptible to infection and illness as well.

I have been a personal trainer and cleaner for 10 years, since 2014. My training certification is through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
With the rise of social media creating confusion on how to exercise, I want your muscles to unlearn what it has learned. We work on building a strong foundation. Therefore, I will not send you a template to follow, I offer 1 on 1 virtual personal training. Not only does this keep you accountable, I am able to watch you perform the movement in real time and correct as necessary. I will help reeducate your body into a functional movement sequence.
I do this by designing a safe and effective scientifically based program by integrating the Optimum Performance Training model. This program is a prescription tailored to your individual needs. In my program, we discuss attainable goals and nutrition through a weekly, monthly and annual plan. We focus on ideal movement patterns for proper movement efficiency and coordinating neuromuscular control.
While I prefer working with women and seniors, I accept all clients who are ready to build a strong foundation with me.
