I’m as enthusiastic as it gets when it comes to fitness. I’ve been lifting for about 9 years now, and there’s nothing I love more than teaching what I’ve learned in my journey. I always bring the energy and will never let you leave a session unsatisfied.
I specialize in bodybuilding and functional movement. That meaning, if you don’t know what muscles you should be working on a particular lift, I’ll break that movement down for you so that you do. I also run HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits for those clients that aren’t as much into lifting but still want to get in shape.
I base my training out of a private training facility called Die Trying Training Facility in Tempe, AZ.
