I treat your product as if it was my own. I take great pride in my work and will follow-up with the customer throughout the entire repair process. I am very flexible when it comes to setting up a repair. I will travel to the customer and perform repair onsite or travel and meet customer to get product for repair. I am very affordable, unlike The Geek Squad and other third party repair shops. When it comes to repairing virus-infected computers and hardware issues, I use industry standard techniques to clean them.

I enjoy meeting new people with various computer issues and having the task of troubleshooting them. Some are easier than others but I enjoy the challenge and I am very enthused when I see the smiles I bring to customers. That just makes my day when I bring a computer back to life that they may have presumed as a lost cause.
