Remote Support:

We can only perform remote work if your computer has high-speed internet. The computer can connect to the internet to complete the job.

Pickup/drop-off service:

This most common service we offer; we will pick up your device, complete the assigned work, and offer recommendations based on the customer-defined use experience. Once the agreed repairs have been completed, we will drop the device back off directly to you.
