What I love about doing private chef jobs is that it allow me to more creative and I get to learn something new from each new client. We will create the menu together step by step. Discussing what works and what doesn't work. I like to always keep my clients involved with every part in the menu making. I always encourage my clients to step out the box and try different foods, combinations and to live a little. Each of my clients will receive personal dishes inspired by their ideas. That I will bring those ideas to life by cooking a meal they will never forget.
I have over 15yrs of experience in high end restaurants and hotels in New York City. I am currently one of The Banquet Chef at The Plaza Hotel in NYC. At the present time the fulfillment of the food industry is still the same feeling as it did from day one. The simplicity, the reactions of smiles, as well as compliments and gratitude are just the few examples. I receive joy watching people eating my dishes that I've made for them.
