My name is Chip Keebaugh owner of C&S Safety Solutions. For over 20 years I have been involved in the Fire and EMS service. I started when I was 14 years old and still doing it to the present day. One thing’s that I found while following my career was I enjoyed teaching and helping others learn. So I decided to become an instructor in First Aid and CPR, I wanted to provide the community with the tools to help someone in need until First Responders arrived, I wanted to make people better prepared for any type of an emergency. I have been teaching for over 15 years now and love every minute of it. I feel by going out in the public and teaching and providing this service we are not only making a difference in there lives but also in the lives of the people they may help. My journey has been a long one from only being able to teach one or two classes to being able to teach multiple classes. I hope to continue this amazing journey for many more years and expand my trainings so I can provide more classes to the community and surrounding areas. I truly believe in this line of work, you have to commit yourself to those that have learned from you and be available to them as much as possible even after the class is done and over with as well as be flexible and understanding for those that you will be teaching in the future. I truly believe there are wonderful people still in this world no matter what walk of life they come from, that we all can make a difference.
I enjoy this work because I'm passionate about what I do. This is more than job/career for me. The fact that I'm making a difference in someone else's life by given them the skills to make a difference in other lives is the most amazing feeling in the world. I enjoy teaching and meeting new people no matter what there walk's of life are. When I have people that have participated in my classes come to me there success stories and thank me for providing them the skills and knowledge, to me that's what it is about more than anything.
