I am a professional instructor. Teaching skills has been my primary work for more than 30 years.

I love teaching people how to help each other. Our classes are fast, fun and professional.

We offer CPR, BLS, First Aid, Safe Baby, O2 administration, Narcan and bloodborne pathogen training. We sell and service AEDs and we now sell and train the LifeVac Choking device. We also offer a lunchtime meditation program for workplaces that would like to equip their staff with tools to help manage stress.
