As a seasoned trial attorney, Sean B. Malcolm has provided dependable legal counsel in Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue and areas surrounding King County for years. Sean is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he obtained a JD with honors in 2004, and ranked in the top 10% (Order of the Coif). Sean began working in criminal defense during law school, serving as a public defender in King County district court. After graduation, he gained significant experience as a litigation associate at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, and a prominent boutique litigation firm in Seattle, before starting his own practice.
Sean is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, located at Thunderhead Ranch near Dubois, Wyoming. The Trial Lawyers College is an organization dedicated to training and educating lawyers and judges who are committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals; the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, the defenseless and the damned, and to protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government oppression. Sean travels to Wyoming each year, and around the United States, to teach at the Trial Lawyers College.
