Proper and complete analysis of the law and advisement is essential to ensure your rights are protected. Do not hire an attorney who will only contract your case to other attorneys and will never set foot in court on your behalf OR rely on an overworked and overburdened Public Defender, who does not have the time to properly handle your case.
