OLD SCHOOL BERKELEY-OAKLAND-SF CARPENTRY RESTORATION REPAIR -

I am a retired licensed general contractor. Worked for many years all over bay area. Located in East Bay (Albany). I am a one man operation, sometimes I will include a helper. I have done Board and batten, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, false beams, and shiplap walls and ceilings, crown molding and miles of baseboard flooring door and window casing. Price really depends on conditions and details. My painting makes my work look ok. A pro painter makes my work look wonderful!

I will come take a look and give a price if the job is not too far away. Otherwise, phone and pictures help to price a project.

Because I am a one-man operation, my prices are competitive, low even. But I am retired, and prefer smaller jobs. I am not as spry as I used to be. I don't go up too high or lift too much. That's why I am available for trim work.

I keep the job site clean and safe, always protecting finished surfaces in my work area. I am punctual and reliable.
