WHOLE HOUSE: $399 (includes up to 10 vents)
Each additional vent: $45

Service include:
* Removal of registers, clean and disinfect.
* We DO NOT clean the ducts from your attic or cut into your plenum boxes. * We clean from the ground up with our 20 ft rotator vacuum brush from EACH of your register vents
* Then we fog in an all natural EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant to kill any mold, mildew and viruses.
* Then we replace the registers and finish cleaning up.
********* DRYER VENT CLEANING *********
We use a rotator brush that cleans the duct from the bottom all the way to the top. We do not climb on the roof unless it is absolutely necessary. Our brush will rotate while its powerful nozzle vacuums and loosens up all the dirt, lint and debris inside the vent.

********* TILE & GROUT CLEANING *********
Our natural biodegradable solutions will deep clean and sanitize all tile and grout. It will lighten up most of the grout to its original color, keep in mind that grout is porous so accumulated grime, dirt and grease overtime fades and can stain the grout permanently. But we will do our very best to get it clean and even!

********* GROUT SEALING *********
Some homeowners decide to seal their grout AFTER cleaning it. This will help keep your grout clean and with more of an even tone.
The clear seal acts like a “barrier” that will help the grout not get as dirty. It will still get dirty. But not as much because the seal “blocks the porous surface to a certain extent.
- Grout Clear Sealing: $0.25 / sq. ft. + $0.75 / sq. ft. for cleaning (0.80/sq ft)
- Grout Color Sealing: $ 1/ sq ft + $0.75 / sq. ft. for cleaning ($1.75/sq ft)
