Small town mentality. Doing the right things matter. I started electrical at age 15. I started Construction at 14 years old and GCs would pick me up for my work ethic. Once I was 16 years old I started management of irrigations crews. I worked full time since 12.
My goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients. So, doing the right thing is what I expect of myself . I will not be the cheapest electrician.
I will not work for general contractors. My every experience is that they hire the cheapest to put more in their pocket.
