As your photographer, I capture not just what you look like, but how you ARE. My approach is very editorial, I tell a story with your photos. I capture not just appearance, but feeling. With a background in digital storytelling, I strive to capture raw, natural, authentic emotion and life's most compelling moments as they unfold. My style is natural, organic, and authentic. I'm here to support YOU in capturing your most beautiful memories . Final edited photos are have a luminous earthy feel, and I spend time to make each photo a work of art.
As your photography partner, I see my clients as friends and treat them as such. My customers receive unlimited access to me via email and personal cell phone as they plan and coordinate their shoot.
Prices reflect a high level of personal attention and attention to detail. My clients deserve the very best care and support. There are two types of photographers, those who are priced so that they can leave room in their schedule to deliver an elevated client experience, and those who charge less and book themselves fully focusing on shooting as much as they can to deliver as quickly as possible. In the second scenario, there's a compromise in quality when it comes to both photo quality and more importantly quality of experience. Ultimately this translates into a memory that wasn't all it could have been. I see so many people ask "How many weddings have you booked?" As though busy is synonymous with successful. For me, it's not. I've spent the most beautiful moments of my life capturing someone else's most cherished memories. My clients deserve the very best version of myself when I show up to capture their experience, and that means I need to allow time to invest fully in their moment.
As a PNW native, I have a robust network of vendors to support you in planning your wedding or event or stylized brand shoot. Photography with Lindsey Allison is an investment in an experience that makes you feel alive. I love capturing the spirit and the spark within people and their creations. I've shot for several large international retailers including Darn Tough Vermont, Helly Hansen, Eddie Bauer, REI, Deuter, Forsake Footwear, and La Sportiva. I've also supported national and local non-profits like NWAC and SheJumps with event photography, and have shot sporting events like Seattle Seahawks 5K run and walk, The Hot Chocolate 5k, and the Labor Day Half. I'm the official event photographer for Orswell Events, and I have captured the marketing images used in advertising the 2019 Rock and Roll Marathon. I shoot about 15 weddings a year around the Pacific Northwest.
