Because a lot of what goes into painting is not the painting. It's the prep.
We pulled down light fixtures, smoke alarms, remove vents, remove switch plates, ect, (and make recommendations for replacement or batteries or bulbs or cleaning...if relevant)
Don't all painters do that? No,
Does it matter?
For our clients it does.
Our clients don't hire us because we are the cheapest or the fastest or because we will beat their other estimates by 10%...or because they got 3 bids and chose the middle one...or we can start tomorrow while we juggle three other jobs.
