Termite damage is very serious as overtime they will eat away at your foundation of the property. This can be anything from window or door frames, to even hard wood floors! Termite treatment is usually needed at least every 5 years or if a property is adding on to its foundation. Because of this treatment is very extensive and average treatment is $1000.00 for residential properties. Please understand this before inquiring with our company. Thank you!
WE DO NOT OFFER FREE INSPECTIONS. THE ONLY WAY WE WILL HONOR A FREE INSPECTION IS IF YOU ARE GETTING MULTIPLE PESTS INSPECTED. INSPECTION COST IS $50-150 DEPENDING ON TIME THERE AND EXENT OF INSPECTION. ALL INSPECTION COST WILL BE DEPOSITED TOWARDS THE OVERALL QUOTE AS WELL. IF THE CUSTOMER AGREES WITH QUOTE THEN THERE IS NO DEPOSIT FOR INSPECTION!!
