I prefer to install my own LiftMaster garage door openers due to their warranty and known quality of models offered. If you want to purchase your own and have it installed, please do not contact me. Other brands available to the consumer through big box retailers and Amazon are not the same quality and are built to fit in a shipping container. Example, none of these have a solid belt rail which allows too much flex during operation.
