About

I'm a guitar and bass instructor for more than 30 years. I teach classical, fingerstyle, jazz, country, blues, and rock styles and play them fluently.

I also can teach music reading, music theory, ear training and songs. A lot of my students like to bring songs they are interested in learning and I learn the songs by ear and teach them to play the songs they love.

I am great with younger children (ages 7 and up), teenagers and adults. I am based at Alpha Music in Virginia Beach, VA.
