I've always been a hands-on person.My dad taught me how to work on houses and cars.And my Neuro divergent brain makes it So I have to know how everything works So I've spent the majority of my life fixing repairing building pretty much anything and everythingI could get my hands-on. For the most part, I've always worked for somebody.That's their property manager maintenance man or something similar and recently was told that I should do it for myself, So here I am. I'd like to believe I'm extremely fair.When it comes to pricing I couldn't charge anybody more than I'd be willing to pay for any said service. And lastly little heads up.
