I'm your 1 stop shop repair services for: plumbing, electrical, flooring, window trim, doors, major & minor carpentry, wood rot, drywall, & painting. I keep an open schedule 1 or 2 days out. Most of my estimates are given over the phone using FaceTime or some type of video chat. If I can not give you an industry standard low cost for your project. $75 for the first half hour and $75 for each hour there after.
