I perform most types of basic household repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repair. I was certified in Building Maintenance in 2008 in San Diego at Comprehensive Training Systems. I have experience in door lock and hinge preparation and custom fitting of closet by-pass doors. I also have been employed in the sheet metal and fabrication industry as an Assembly Technician II. I have also been employed as a printing press repairman. I'm a logic yet resourceful thinker but always open to new ideas. Most of all I want the customer to be pleased.
I truly enjoy home repair and DIY projects. I usually have some type of project going at my own home and look forward to that new challenge. My thought is to do the best job I know how and to make lasting repairs. I like to research a particular project before I begin to help me focus and avoid any unknowns. I also make sure I have all the tools and materials required before I get to the site. In my experience sometimes even if repairs take a little longer to accomplish than anticipated I believe its always better to do it right the first time.
