I am a fifth-generation carpenter. I was a carpenter in the family business, building custom and track homes and remodeling before joining the U.S. Army. After spending time in the military (1979–1982), I did commercial drywall. I went on to become a residential drywall contractor. Later, I returned to working for my family and other national home builders, framing homes and performing trim carpentry. In between building homes, we remodeled homes. I also did layout, framing, and finish carpentry for many multimillion-dollar homes, some of which were winners of the Parade of Homes.
I added handyman services to my job description during the big housing crash. I continue to provide handyman services, remodeling, and many other home services and professional trades that I have learned and perfected.
