I am Rafael, a handyman by trade. I have been doing handyman work for family members and friends for 25 years. From a complete remodel, floors to walls, new kitchen, new bathrooms, installed sprinklers for the yard, did the landscaping. My experience includes everything from the basic painting of walls or organizing tools shed to the complete remodel of bathrooms and kitchens.
A couple of years passed, I found myself unemployed after a 15-years career in sales, and due to popular demand, I decided to reinvent myself and do what I really wanted to do, which is working as a handyman. I have acquired numerous new tools during the last four years and now I am ready to attend to your needs and to help with your projects. I am very attentive to detail and do my work without taking shortcuts. In my line of work, customer satisfaction is attained by listening to my customers' needs, helping to plan the project, offering diverse options that make sense, reducing waste of materials and products, delivering timely results, and keeping the project within budget. I will not consider it finished until my customer is happy with the results. My rates are reasonable, and I know how to think as a customer when pricing a job. I want to provide you with good service and still make it affordable for you, hoping that for your next project, I will be the one you will call. For good repeat customers I will give a discount or throw in a little extra.
My purpose here is to help you in any way I can to do what you can't do, don't know how to do, or simply do not want to do.
After assessing the length and complexity of your project I will present to you my plan of how I think the progress of the project should go, specifically explaining in detail the process and materials used, the time that will take and an estimate of the cost. Upon your approval, the project will be started and if you so desire, you will be kept informed of the progress every step of the way until the end.
I do my job well, paying attention to detail and making sure that you get the results that you want and that you get your money's worth. A well-planned project equals a completed job within the projected time and budget.
