Hello, my name is Colin Fleumer.
—I was a licensed general contractor for many many years. I have now retired from building homes and continue to enjoy helping people out with projects around the house. We can do electrical, tile, Sheetrock, painting, plumbing, carpentry installations and more. At this time, we are only taking on residential projects.
—We charge $120 an hour as our Handyman rate.
—Due to the high cost of gas, we do have a 2 hour minimum for handyman work.
Note: We do pay for your lead from thumbtack, so please only request if you are serious. If you decide you no longer want the work, please cancel through the app so we will be refunded.
