I started working in the construction field when I was 17, and between college semesters, I continued doing it as my main source of work for the next 3 to 4 years, at which point I started out on my own as a handyman and then got licenced in Utah during spring of 2022.
I've found that I like working for land lords doing rental maintainance, and home owners doing renovations. I can take small and medium sized jobs, but I don't have a crew to be able to do large construction projects. I can work hourly for $40 per hour, or I can stop by and get you a bid for medium sized projects.
I am a jack of all trades. I've done roofing, framing, finish carpentry, tile, plumbing, rain gutters, well drilling, welding, engine repair, small concrete progects, pavers, lvp flooring, painting, drywal, window and door instalation, fence repair, electrical (including: adding light fixtures and outlest, trouble shooting electrical problems, low voltage wiring for security cameras and electronic locks, new construction wiring, and well pump wiring), and more.
I also picked up appliance repair, and have been doing that for a year and a half now.
