I'm experienced in all maintenance and construction trades from working in both fields from the time I was able to start working. Plus, I have experience in repair on all fixtures, appliances, electronic and automotive from 15 years being an SAE certified mechanic and many hundred other repair jobs. The thing that sets me apart is I do have my subcontractor and buisness licenses but I'm a one man company that has all the tools and material in my home garage which means I don't make my clients cover the costs of major overhead expenses such as shop rental, equipment purchases, marketing and employee wages which is why they all charge the high rates they do. So you'll be happy with not only the job quality but the price as well.
