McKinley Hill Hardwood Floors has been installing, & refinishing floors in
the Tacoma area for over 20 years. We also install engineered, pre-finished, LVP and laminate plank flooring. The owners-Jermaine & Edgar are also experts when it comes to staining your floors and color matching floors that you already have. They can make floors that were put in 100 years ago mesh with floors that were put in yesterday.
Jermaine & Edgar have been working mostly for other people and now are only working for their own business and customers. They are requested by name and by repeat customers and do little advertising.
They do not use outside flooring contractors, except for people they have trained as they feel that the degree of motivation decreases when your name is not on the company and the job.
McKinley Hill strives to get it right the first time, but if you have an issue we fix it, PERIOD. That's how we do business. Honestly, and professionally.
We give free in-home estimates and unless there is unseen damage, say to your sub-floor, the price will not change. If there is we can discuss it and find a way to move forward. There are many installers out there but we think that you need someone that follows the rules laid out for each of the different flooring species and manufacturers and that is what we strive to do every day.
