Pricing for floor installation and removal of current floor- $5-$7 per sq ft

Panting- 3 coats ( 1 prime 2 regular paint)

$4 per sq ft (any extra coats are $.50 per coat)

I require deposit 1/3 of price at the start of the job and the remaining once the job is complete.
