CranioSacral Therapy(CST) is the core philosophy and treatment approach used in my practice. I have studied CranioSacral Therapy 1 , CranioSacral Therapy 2 , and Somato Emotional Release 1 and 2 through Dr. John Upledger, DO, founder of The Upledger Institute International (UII).
A CST session encourages and gently assists the body to facilitate the release of strain patterns and compensations that are interfering with normal function and quality of life, that may be the result of trauma or a disease process.

In addition, I offer a variety of manual therapeutic techniques , including Healing Touch with Healing Beyond Borders Level 1, 2, and 3.
Other therapies I provide is Hypnotherapy by assiting clients with their weight loss journey, smoking cessation, and personal development certified through Transform Destiny and a member of the International Boards of Coaches and Practitioners.
My philosophy of treatment is that the body has the inherent ability to fix itself if given the opportunity and guidance of skilled hands and expertise. As your Health Coach, we will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
